UPLB Future-Proofs through Strategic Planning for EUF Compliance

The UPLB Business Affairs Office successfully organized two sessions of the UPlan Pre-Workshop, themed “Accelerating EUPs’ Strategic Planning for EUF Compliance,” on March 14, 2024, at the New Graduate School Building.

The event commenced with an opening address by BAO Director Asst. Prof. Eugene Raymond P. Crudo, highlighting the pivotal role and responsibilities of Entrepreneurial University Platforms (EUPs) and providing an overview of the Entrepreneurial University Framework.

Subsequently, Asst. Prof. Cris Edwin B. Bonalos, BAO Program Development Associate, led the pre-workshop, introducing tools aimed at facilitating more efficient and effective strategic planning to ensure the University’s future-proofing.

Notably, participants represented various UPLB units/offices falling under categories such as R&D Based PPA, Technical and Advisory Services, Lease and Rentals, and Land Grants, Parks, and Recreation. The pre-workshop also served as a networking avenue for the various EUPs for a more fruitful and diversified collaboration within the University. AAArriesgado
