NON-RECURRING BUSINESS ACTIVITIES
What are Non-recurring Business Activities?
- Events or programs not exceeding two (2) weeks. This may include marketing, promotion and advertising, and selling of products and merchandise. It also includes trade fairs, booth set-ups during activities inside the campus, and sponsored booths. It may be organized by either the UPLB offices/units, student/student organizations, alumni and/or private partners or constituents.
Who may avail of the Service?
- UPLB Constituents (student/student organizations, faculty, staff and alumni)
- Private business/entities
What are the requirements?
- For Student Organization
- Approved request from the building administrator for the venue
- Activity Permit from the Office of Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs (OVCSA)
- For event with selling booths (please see Policy for Holding Trade Fairs)
- For UPLB Colleges/Units/Offices
- Approved request from the UPLB Chancellor/Dean/Director
- For event with selling booths (please see Policy for Holding Trade Fairs)
- For Private Concessionaires
- Letter of Intent addressed to the UPLB Chancellor or email to [email protected]
- Business Background/Profile
- Business Proposal (see sample template)
- DTI/SEC Registration
- Barangay Business Permit/Mayor’s Permit
How to avail the service ?
Submit letter of intent/proposal and requirements.

Coordinate with Billing and to the University Planning & Maintenance Office (UPMO) for the installation of utilities.
