What is Trade Fair?
- Trade Fair is an event or program held to showcase and market products and services, and usually held one (1) week or less, but not exceeding two (2) weeks
Who may avail the Services?
- UPLB Constituents (student/student organizations, faculty, staff and alumni)
- Private business/entities
What are the requirements?
- For Student Organization
- Approved request from the building administrator for the venue
- Activity Permit from the Office of Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs (OVCSA)
- List of private concessionaires (selling booths)
- For UPLB Colleges/Units/Offices
- Approved request from the UPLB Chancellor/Dean/Director
- For Private Concessionaires
- Online Application to the BAO Google/Online Registration Form
- DTI/SEC Registration
- Mayor’s Permit/Barangay Batong Malake Business Permit intended for UPLB Trade Fair
- Trader’s Information Sheet
