What are Short-Term Leases?
- Includes businesses operating inside the University with contract of service for a period not exceeding than three (3) years.
What are the requirements?
- DTI / SEC Registration
- Letter of Intent addressed to the UPLB Chancellor
- Business Background / Profile
- Business Proposal (see sample template)
- BIR Registration
- Latest Income Tax Return
- Latest Financial Statement submitted to BIR / SEC
- Board Resolution and Secretary’s Certificate attesting to the resolution the authorized signatory of the Corporation (For Corporation/Institution/Organization) (if applicable)
- Barangay Permit to Operate / Mayor's Permit - Los Baños (Sanitary and Fire Inspection)
- Police Clearance (UPF, PNP-LB) / NBI
- Medical Certificate (certified by UHS)
- Copy of Franchise Agreement (if applicable)

How to avail the service ?
